🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

At Mehk, we take pride in offering premium, authentic Arabian fragrances. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we have established the following detailed policy for all orders.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept requests for returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date your tracking status shows "Delivered." To be eligible, your item must meet these criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened factory packaging.

  • Tamper-Proof Seal: All outer plastic shrink-wrap, security stickers, and adhesive labels must be fully intact and untampered with.

  • Unsprayed: Once a fragrance has been sprayed (even once), it is immediately ineligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and health regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Opened or Unsealed Products: Any item with a broken or missing factory seal.

  • Discovery Sets & Samples: Due to their small size and specific use.

  • Perfume Oils & Attars: For hygiene and purity reasons.

  • Sale Items: Any product purchased during a clearance, flash sale, or with a "Final Sale" tag.

3. The Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an unopened fragrance for a different scent:

  1. Email Authorization: Contact info@mehk.ca within the 7-day window. You must provide your Order ID and photos showing the intact seals.

  2. Credit Issuance: Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection (3–5 business days), we will issue an Online Store Credit Voucher.

  3. New Purchase: You can use this voucher immediately to purchase your preferred fragrance. We do not perform "direct swaps"—all exchanges are handled via store credit to ensure accurate tracking.

4. Return Shipping & Logistics

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using Canada Post Expedited or another traceable ground service.

  • Risk of Loss: Mehk is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the item is padded securely inside a sturdy cardboard box.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

5. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Approved returns are refunded exclusively via Online Store Credit Vouchers.

  • Vouchers are sent to the email address used for the original order.

  • To ensure you can get your replacement quickly, these vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance and are non-refundable for cash.

  • We do not offer cash, credit card, or PayPal refunds for "change of mind" or scent preference returns.

6. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

We understand that transit issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged:

  • 48-Hour Deadline: You must report the issue to info@mehk.ca within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Attach clear photos of the shipping box, the damaged product, and the batch code on the bottom of the bottle.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, Mehk will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.
