Carrier: Canada Post

  • Shipping Method: All orders are dispatched via Canada Post Ground Services. Due to the nature of original fragrances, we do not offer air transport or express overnight shipping.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

  • Tracking: Once your order is handed to Canada Post, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across Canada.

  • Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@mehk.ca within 48 hours.

Refund & Exchange Policy

At Mehk, we specialize in authentic Arabian brand perfumes. To ensure the quality and value of our inventory, we adhere to a strict return policy.

Return Conditions

  • 7-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Factory Seal Required: Items must be in their original, unopened factory packaging with all plastic wrap and security seals intact.

  • Hygiene & Quality: Once a seal is broken or a bottle has been sprayed, the item is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Exclusions: All sale items, perfume oils, and "one-time" exchanged items are non-returnable.

How to Process a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Email info@mehk.ca with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  2. Shipping: Please mail your parcel using a traceable shipping method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 working days), we will notify you of the status.

  4. Refunds: Approved returns are issued as Online Store Credit Vouchers only. These vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance and are non-refundable for cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, leaking, or the wrong shipment, contact info@mehk.ca within 48 hours with photo proof. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or credit.
